Trey Reynolds About Me

About Me

I’m an engineer/artist/scientist with an engineering degree in computer science from Texas Tech University. I’m a Christian who seeks peace and ultimately at some point wisdom. I fail at both most of the time. I think Jesus has a message which is larger than just personal salvation and moralism.

I am from West Texas, Lubbock specifically. I don’t think there is any place on earth quite like here, and it is a deep part of my soul. I am married to an incredible, small town West Texas woman who surprises me almost every day with her beauty, intelligence, grace and compassion.

I have some deeply held convictions about life, and maybe that’s who I am the most. Those convictions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • I believe that Jesus lived out a revolutionary message of salvation for this world.
  • I believe in the power of individuals to affect a lasting change on the world.
  • I believe that people do not have enough compassion for those they cannot see everyday.
  • I believe that technology and a globalized society have more benefits than detriments.
  • I believe in fighting for the underdog, the little guy, and victims in general.
  • I have a deep desire to leave this world better than I found it.
